btcli stake remove --wallet.name $name --wallet.all_hotkeys does not work if you have at least one hotkey with less than 0.1T in it.

Describe the bug

Stake removal for all hotkeys does not work if you have at least one hotkey with less than 0.1T in it

bittensor cli v6.12.2

To Reproduce

  1. Create 5 hotkeys
  2. Stake 0.1 in 2 hotkeys
  3. Stake 0.001 in 3 hotkeys
  4. Remove stakes by running: btcli stake remove --subtensor.network finney --wallet.name $name --wallet.all_hotkeys

Expected behavior

Expected: Successful execution with keys not having at least 0.1T ignored, but reported as skipped

Actual behaviour: btcli reports an error for not having at least 0.1T in the hotkey
