[BUG] Auth, Roles, Permissions, Users Tabs break when no datasource passed in via URL

What is the bug? For Auth, Roles, Users, Permissions tabs - when no datasource is in the URL, initial page load of error/empty data does not change - need to navigate away and come back for page to function - basically, empty/error page does not refresh with useEffect
