ENHANCEMENT: Add option to goesdump config to delete corrupted LRIT files

Add an option to goesdump configuration and code which would delete LRIT files which have been detected as corrupt. Currently there is an exception thrown and caught with a log file message when this occurs. The enhancement would delete the corrupt file as part of the exception handling.
