Per-player actors

Would be really amazing to add per-player actors just like it was done with pickups! One of the real benefit after such action will be the ability to improve streamer to work much better between players: no more creating an entity for all when it's in a stream area of just one of them.

Add the ability to set world=-1 so that the actor is visible in all virtual worlds.
