Unable to download new version

I'm usig Open GApps app on my Android. When I tried to download it, it just kept on loading. When I cam to opengapps.org, it gets failed everytime I tried to download. I tried 3rd party downloaders and browsers and even Google Chrome but nothing works

So, do I get this right? You do have issues in the app as well as on our website? If yes, then this problem might be more general and nothing we can do anything about.

FYI for now, we use the same download-API as Chrome and PlayStore does. With the next big update, we are going to use a custom downloader implementation that fits our usecase better.

So could you please clarify: Does the problem also happen on the website, in the playstore or anywhere else?
