The documentation goes through eliompp, whose PPX parser (wannabe) is very dump. We need to use [%%shared.start], [%%shared ... ] doesn't work. Also, any shared doc comments (like the first one describing the module as a whole) need to be after the [%%shared.start]. I hope that .eliom files work, but it would be better to add an appropriate .eliomi.
