*Standard Library API* pages not generated for ocaml < 4.12.0

In the release page, for each OCaml release there is a link to the Standard Library API page. For release < 4.12.0, these links leads to an empty page:

Ideally we resolve this at the same time as we move the v2.ocaml.org manuals to ocaml.org (which is likely really soon).
