I get "macOS Version 10.16 (Build 21E258) is not supported" on launch, but I'm running 12.3.1.

Support macOS 10.14.x

This adds support for macOS Mojave. I tested it locally and it totally appears to work. It successfully listed my notifications, and successfully deleted them. Would you be into merging...

different db path

Hi! This is great. just a fyi on my laptop my notifications are written to a DB in /db/db not /db2/db. `/private/.../0/com.apple.notificationcenter/db/db`
