feat: specify project-name in PR comment

When deploying several netlify sites, it's hard to distinguish them in PR comments. Adding optional configuration project-name which is used in PR comment message.

@sergeylukin I have a similar request but to add a few more details besides name. I need some versions and was thinking on a similar implementation as yours but add an input property deploy-github-extra-message that would allow the user to define any extra properties and customize as they wish the information.

Would you be willing to go into that direction?
