Code Action selection with preview

Basically this is a feature request for a code action selection that also comes with a diff preview to show what the code action would do. This functionality exists in fzf-lua, see this issue for more details. Thanks!

this would be nice to have . Will replace some plugins of mine. LSPsaga and actions-preview have this
