Make a feature for adding a way to download files by their release date,the oldest art is downloaded first, and the newest art last to have a file put away in the order it was taken out

I don't know your language well enough to do it myself, but i suppose that if you already "go" on each photo/video page, it would only need to search the content of the "post__published" div and add an option in the ui so that the fileName would be "{published time} - {filename}" or even juste "{publishedtime}" or add option for both idk.

I don't go to each photo/video page that will take a lot of time, and could result in 429 or 403 http response errors.

i do have a solution to install each post into their own folder.
