Description of feature

Hello,

I've adapted the workflow to process data from the NuGEN Ovation RRBS Methyl-Seq system. See branch and processing guidelines. I'm considering contributing this to the main repository and would like to know if there's interest in this feature. Please advise on any submission guidelines or procedures.

Wow, that's a lot of code! I think it would be a great addition. Only guideline is to open up a pull-request :)
