MacOS chat loading
The Nextcloud app works great for us on MacOS. But when I switch back and forth between several chats at short intervals, no messages are loaded for several seconds. So you can't write a message because the field is grayed out. This problem is only noticeable in the app. This does not happen in the browser with Nextcloud Talk. Strangely enough, there are also no error messages in the logs

How short interval? Withing a second, or a minute?

Is it grayed out forever or only for some time after switching?
We have the same issue as described above. Here are some details:
We have 50+ team members using macs and Nextcloud talk native APP to chat and make calls. 60% of the users have severe problems using the APP, the rest has minor to no issues. The issue is that the chats are loading so long that you cannot use the APP while it loads old chats or when the APP is running and one makes a call the each user sees that the other one has not picked up and it is in a state of loading. The users quit and reopen the APP constantly to make it work again. Sometimes the loading time is a few seconds, sometimes it never seems to load and quitting is the only solution. At the same time we can use the Talk APP in the browser that is integrated in Nextcloud without or with far less of the loading time problems - so it seems to be an native APP issue.

Does quitting (not closing the window) help? Or re-login?

All have the same desk top version

All have the same version as we distribute all updates via MDM
Does quitting (not closing the window) help? Or re-login? Hard refresh does not work, closing window also not, re login I did not try - command Quit works at least for a while

We ran the APP from the terminal for a week. When the issue happens no logging is taking place at that time. Here a few screenshots when the issue occurs (time in right hand screen corner) and the log open. BY the time stamps you can see that all kinds of issues are being logged while i experience no problems using the APP, when i do experience the problem, nothing is being logged at the same time.
1st screenshot: i could not enter the chat, the field was grey, clicking it and waiting for a long time (had to do a restart)
2nd screenshot: the conversation wasn't loading and i could not enter into a chat or call. I did a restart (hard refresh does not help)
The error from the browser console looks like Node.js was unable to send an HTTP request. But there are no errors about it in the app log...
@Overpass4014 or @nikobe123 do you have any users on Windows or Linux to check if it happens only on macOS when connecting to your server?

Hello, we have no users on linux or windows.
We’re experiencing the same issue in our office. The app is updated to the latest version; the problem occurs on Macs, but not on Windows or Linux.
