Exclude activity events for some bookmark folders

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I use floccus for bookmark and session management, which means that bookmarks are created/removed based on my open tabs. I've recently installed Activities and noticed that there is always an event created when either creating or removing a bookmark. This results in a massive number of events as tabs are synced and removed. (Ignore the blank names, that will be fixed next release)

Describe the solution you'd like Ability to exclude some folders from having activities created when bookmarks inside them (including subfolders specifically for floccus since intermediate folders are created for each window) are created/removed/etc.

Trying got fix this by disabling SmartBookmarks in Firefox does not really work, I get a huge log of "Recently bookmarked" folders via floccus, Firefox and Nextcloud Bookmarks. So, at one of these interfaces, one should be able to get rid of this sync flood. Hints welcome.
