Unable to Connect Multi Store

So I have installed QB POS V19, on 2 different computers, I have made one machine a Primary Server and the other machine a Client Machine, and now I need to sync both of the POS using Multistore feature, but unable to configure the Store Exchange using the provided activation code , can someone please help me on this
