Using with desktop

I am trying to use your pluggin with Neo Desktop 1.2.8.

I can only create 3.5.12 database and the pluggin needs a 4.0 database to work.

What I am doing wrong ?

This is most like a configuration problem with Desktop. Please make sure you are ONLINE to be able to see the latest versions of the database. If you update to 1.3.x (the latest is 1.3.3 as I wrote this, you will get the latest 4.0.x and/or 4.1.0, packaged in the download. But I would look for, and if you see OFFLINE in your header bar you need to fix your internet settings or change your proxy settings in Desktop (the gear) to allow Desktop to update.
