Added optional CAD parts for clamping turnbuckle holder
Added turnbuckle holder that clamps to the 0.5" tubes instead of requiring glue. Includes FreeCAD design files

- Can you add pictures showing what you're adding here?
- Should we consider making this the default?
- Can you add an explanation for the users so they know if or when they should consider it? If the answer to (2) is 'no', then can you add a link in the relevant readme that mentions this part, e.g. "Alternatively you can use this optional part"?

These are good comments. Eric and I talked briefly about making this default a couple of years ago. I would like someone else to try out the parts though before doing that, just to make sure my results are repeatable. I'll add a pointer in the main documentation mentioning this part as a option, especially for those who don't have the means to drill holes in the aluminum tubes. I can also add a second readme in the optional parts folder with a more detailed description of how to assemble them and advice for printing. Assuming all is good after a few people try them out, that information can then be incorporated directly into the main documentation.
