Get BGP Information

Hello,

This is my first try to get BGP information from Huawei devices running VRP software. I've tested with Huawei NE40E-M2K-B (with VRF) and Huawei NE8000 (without VRF).

Its based on the IOS get_bgp_neighbors(), with some adjusts to run with VRP.

Could you evaluate?

@rganascim I have tested that this code cannot work in Huawei VRP. Is tested in NE8000？

Sorry for that, I forgot to reply you. I'll test again with NE8000 and report.
