AMD support?

I believe it should be relatively easy enough to add support for AMD GPU's. However, I do not own any of them so I would need someone to help me test things.

If you wouldn't mind helping test and or code this, let me know. :)

A bit older I'm afraid, only a AMD HD7970 and a HD6990. For the moment I'm using this: https://github.com/DominiLux/amdgpu-pro-fans in combination with a separate script that sets the curve depending on the temps.
