[Fix] Failed to connect to open vr input emulator
Had previously posted https://github.com/naelstrof/VRPlayspaceMover/issues/5 However didn't explain it properly.
If you get this error you need to right click:
PlayspaceMover.exe > Compatibility > Tick Run this program as Administrator
Steam.exe > Compatibility > Tick Run this program as Administrator
Make sure to restart both applications after applying.
If Steam or Playplacemover is updated you may have to redo this.
If you have a shortcut for playspacemover make sure to > Compatibility > Tick Run this program as Administrator also!
I just had this issue again and the above changes fixed playspacemover to work again. SteamVR beta 1.8.9
