feature request: support for ESP32 HW Ethernet

Did someone already tried to use the ESP32 Ethernet modules (like WT32-ETH01) as a ethernet/mqtt gateway? Could not find any information, be this would be a superb alternatives to W5100. I use WT32-ETH01 modules with ESPhome and these works as reliable as standard ESP32 modules over WiFi (when not better ;-) )
