Website https://webrtc.sqs.io is not opening at now, is it temporary problem, or it moved to some other place?

I am trying this out on EC2 Ubuntu instance. The server terminal says "websocket: bad handshake" after I run ./rtc-ssh command (first time with --newkey). And not able to connect...

Is it possible to connect rtc-ssh instance (server) from command-line tool, without web browser? If yes, can you implement cli client?
