[MU4 Issue] Request: Program-wide search command

Some programs implement a command that searches all commands - you type "copy" and it shows you all commands relating to copying, then you can select one from the list to execute it. Similar to how our palette search works, but this would be across all commands. This is a convenient usability feature and especially useful for blind users, who would have a much harder to time scanning through all menus to find a command than a sighted user.
