Re-render on changes

Currently, if you set a favorite or hidden, you need to leave settings and go back in to see the changes. If its possible it would be nice to have it re-render the lists after edits without needing to leave settings

Bd-like settings does it. And I believe disable/enable plugins does as well.

It rerenders them on click of an item in the sidebar, which is probably the best you can do.

next update is going to include re render on clicking an item on the sidebar

to add to this, re rendering without clicking on a sidebar would require dom (not applicable to favorites, that cant be updated on save) and im trying to remove dom from the plugin, i might keep dom on save might not time will tell
