I only very few port

I have ip and three public network ports available. I want to show more than 10 rtsp streams in my html. Because of the limited port, I can only play two rtsp now. How can I solve this problem? Do I need to build a turn? I don't understand the parameter -T, If I use the-T parameter, don't I have to build turn?
