"3 finger up" and "3 finger down" are swapped

On my MacBook Air 2011, "3 finger up" and "3 finger down" are swapped.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set distinct actions for 3 fingers up and down
  2. Trigger the action

Expected result

  • "3 fingers up" gesture triggers "3 fingers up" action
  • "3 fingers down" gesture triggers "3 fingers down" action

Actual result

  • "3 fingers up" gesture triggers "3 fingers down" action
  • "3 fingers down" gesture triggers "3 fingers up" action

AFAIK this depends on whether "Natural scrolling" is enabled in the Touchpad settings - although, since this is the default almost everywhere nowadays, we should think about changing the naming (or adopt depending on whether natural scrolling is enabled).
