[fenixcomponent] Include more bugs in the training set

Once #4407 is resolved, we can focus on including more bugs in the training set for the Fenix component model. Ideally, once we train the Fenix component model on GeckoView bugs (#4373), we can include older bugs in the training set, but only use recent bugs in the testing set to reflect a more accurate run of the model in production.
