Lead time or soak time for patches

lead time is the time between when a patch lands to when it lands in release. This varies widely for Firefox based on if the patch landed early in the nightly cycle or was part of a dot release

If we map lead time to bugs found, we may better understand

• how long does a patch needs to “soak” before going to release for us to find most of the issues we care about?
