Moolticute update installing into the default path no matter where it was before the update

Expected behavior

When updating an existing Moolticute installation on Windows the update should be installed to the directory the current installation is residing in

Actual behavior

The update was installed at C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Programs\Moolticute

Step by step guide to reproduce the problem

Install Moolticute to C:\Program Files\Moolticute Update it.
