Current version 1.8 is based on NodeJS 16 and, right now, it's emitting some annotations within SelfUpdate jobs.

Version 1.9 has been released, with NodeJS 20, but it seems that some regression has happened and extracting is not working as expected.

So, right now, we are still using the 1.8 version, until the regressions are fixed.

This issue is about to bump to the next reliable version of the action whenever it's released.
