Could you mention what is use of snapshot_team table?

I have seen that snapshot_team table have multiple data. What if I clear snapshot_team table? Will it affect the platform or any changes on scoreboard? Could you possibly tell me what is use of snapshot_team table used for?

I expect it would only affect the graph, but would have to test.
