New stable release?

Hi folks,

Looks like this gem has not had an official release in a decade. Yet I see some activity in the repo, and CI is running on latest stable for Ruby 3.x.

Any chance in cutting a new, official release soon?

This project is essentially dead/unmaintained so that's very unlikely. Also I don't really see point of releasing new version from current master since it's still buggy as usual as you can see from dozens of open issues.

Many things are fixed in my #347 but I never finished it.

Also I don't think I even have permissions to make new release, all I could do would be create a git tag so on GitHub it would appear as a release.
