NIPS should be easy, because it's so well organized. https://papers.nips.cc Unfortunately, I can't seem to find consolidated bibliographies.
ICML also looks easy. For each of [the volume links on this page](http://proceedings.mlr.press/), add `bibliography.bib`.

LREC seems to be nicely listed here: - 2014: http://dblp.uni-trier.de/db/conf/lrec/lrec2014.html - 2016: http://dblp.uni-trier.de/db/conf/lrec/lrec2016.html - etc. Not consolidated, unfortunately. I think this is a setting where we'd need to manually build...
