Looks great. To modify the README you'll need to change the README.Rmd document, which is used to generate the README.md. You might also like to add a brief description about why others should check out your CV - perhaps mention that it's written in Spanish?

Oh, I made a mistake with the file. Sorry about that. I have edited the Rmd file and added a section "A small presentation" in my README.md, mentioning also that it is written in Spanish.
