It stopped working in the other direction as well, after I upgraded the VM from buster to bullseye. I suspect this upgrade to be at fault. Downgrading just the ipv6toolkit...

Booting with the buster kernel, Linux 4.19.0-21-amd64 (4.19.249-2), does not magically fix this either.
