Flash fix does not works on Android 7.0

Flash fix does not works on Android 7.0. A toolbar blinks even more then without a fix.

This is probably linked to this issue i submitted - https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/37136815. Fix has been made I'll update the support library when it's released and retest.
