Now that the details about the second section have been finalized, I can post my office hour times. They are:

1. MW 12:30 - 1:30 PM (immediately after the morning cs40 section)
2. by appointment (see my schedule)
3. you may always post a question to github issues
   • I will NOT answer emails about class related questions (unless it is about your grade/quarantine status); instead of emailing me, post an issue to github
   • this policy ensures that everyone in class gets to see the question+answer and builds your github reputation

For fun, I've set up a lock picking station in my office. There's often a long line of students asking questions, so you can try to pick locks while you wait if you'd like. It's actually much easier than you probably think it is, and it's also a "traditional" part of MIT's computer science curriculum. For anyone who manages to pick a lock, I've got a set of prizes that you can take home (hats, board games, alcohol).

We will also have LOTs of student led help sessions outside of class:

1. The QCL has walk-in hours for CS40 on Sunday and Thursday (7-9pm), led by Erin Burke.
2. I'm in the process of hiring 3 additional student TAs to provide sessions throughout the week. Details will be posted later.

As a reminder, attending my office hours is not sufficient to get the 48 hour extension on labs/hws; but attending any of the student-led sessions is.

Adding on to @Tonnpo , the reason for the change is that the QCL will no longer be having CS40 sessions on Sunday evening. Erin had a scheduling conflict and has had to move her office hours to Tuesday 4-5pm and Thursday 2-3pm.

Hey all! I'm sorry for the late notice but I will only be able to host my office hours from 6:00pm - 6:45pm this evening as I have a meeting that conflicts with the rest of the time slot.
