ROS2: Some flexible configs, Cleanup and CI
Issues aimed at
- Some hardcoded values to be configurable (topic name, wait time).
- Typos (ported from https://github.com/mikeferguson/simple_grasping/pull/7 to ros2), some cleanups.
- No CI.
