About crowd-sourced translations
I'm happy to help you translate Markdown Edit into Simplified/Traditional Chinese.
However I'm a Macintosh user, I have no any Windows machine. So would you mind to provide the local.txt and help.md or whatever separately? I'll translate them from English to Simplified/Traditional Chinese then you apply them to the project yourself.
I appreciate the offer. Unfortunately, translating programs often requires seeing the result in the program to make sure it looks correct, doesn't wrap, etc.

I will be happy to help for the french translation if needed.
If you decide to translate Markdown Edit, I'd like to help with the Dutch translation.
You can use crowdin, which is free for open-source projects.
@Virtlink - Looks interesting. Does crowdin support custom formats like the one used in Markdown Edit?
I'm not sure, I've only ever been on the translating side of Crowdin. It supports the .NET .resx format. However, your localization format seems custom.
