Wrong image is rarely shown in index.html
I was training CSP with one case (6/L) and got this scramble: (-3,-1)/(-3,3)/(-5,-5)/(-3,0)/(-1,-4)/(3,0)/(4,-2)/(-4,-1)/(0,-3)/(0,-2)/(-3,0)/(-2,-3)/(-2,0)/(6,-4)/(-1,0)/
Applying it gives L/6 while the image shows 6/L. Clicking inspect shows the correct image. The image is not even a z2, the corner colors for the 6 do not even match for example. Reloading the page doesn’t help as it resets the scramble/image.

The case before was 6/L with odd parity while the new scramble had even parity, at least the shown scramble. I haven’t checked the image. I pressed Space to generate the new scramble, so no
r o or r f. Unfortunately, I do not have more information to reproduce.
Thanks for reporting. I have seen something like this rarely too. It seemed to occur only on the shapes that have 5 and 3 corners.
I also noticed that if you inspect that invalid scramble, it's displayed differently in the inspector. So there's something weird going on.

Got similar situation with Square/Shield, I did practice a 3-slash Square/Shield scramble and after that I think I'll try the other parity then I pressed r o, then it gives me an opposite parity scramble with a wrong image. It's a y2 mirror ignoring the equator.
Then I tried to press r o again and got a new non-parity scramble and it's correct.
But after that I tried r o again and found it y2 mirror again.
Then I tried the same procedure in other browsers and everything goes well.
When I got back to the origin browser, It became working properly.
