feat(palmares): add palmares functionalitty

Added palmares functionality to the archive page.

  • Added eslint and prettier
  • Created i18n provider to retrieve language text.
  • Created container component to try to homogenise the main containers.
  • Created title component to try to homogenise the sizes and styles of the title pages.
  • Created the no data section component to try to homogenise the empty content blocks.
