CPX MakeCode block "ic2 read register" is wrong and not documented

In the "Microsoft MakeCode for Circuit Playground Express" app and online at https://makecode.adafruit.com/ the PINS menu includes the "ic2 read register" block shown below. It is not documented at https://makecode.adafruit.com/reference/pins and apparently (not sure) it should have 3 parameters, not 1.
