I attempted to install VSCode Live Share and none of the UI buttons showed up. The bottom left toolbar icon does not show up, and even though the extension menu shows up none of the buttons function. Repairing installation through Ctrl+Shift+P does nothing, nor does rebooting, toggling whether it's enabled, or anything.

Steps to Reproduce / Scenario:

1. Download Live Share (vanilla extension, without audio)
2. Wait

It seems to be something with my client, but I'm not sure.

After exporting the logs, all the files were empty 1KB files, except for 2 with almost identical errors saying [2021-10-20 13:21:12.947 Client E] Error expected: Error: Live Share was unable to start the agent fast enough. Reload to try again
