Can't find latest fluent xaml editor (as shown in the tweet recently) on microsoft store

The new editor is shown here at https://twitter.com/WindowsUI/status/1212483698131472384?s=20. But it seems, at least in australia, it is not available in microsoft store.

The store has been having some issue with my app - I'm still trying to figure out why it's not launching for some people who are not in the US. It appears it doesn't show for others who are outside the states as well.
