this is very interesting, though arguably, our microsoft learn docs and OOBE/SCOOBE should be the spot to sufficiently explain this information, but maybe we need to rethink OOBE/SCOOBE flows if this is felt like a needed explainer -- im not convinced if throwing up an additional markdown doc on the repo is the best solution we have to this problem, but open to discussion
