"Download report" is disabled in DataMigration service

Hi folks, I am working on Task 5, Step 18 but apparently the button of "Download report" is disabled, though the activity has been successfully completed.

I believe this is also related to the issue #4 which i just opened about missing "Validation option" section which is related to the report
