Can this be somehow adapted to create virtual drives?

I'm desperately doing research for a friend who wants to emulate an IOMEGA zip drive for a very old piece of music gear (turns out quite a few devices need it) in our case it's an SP-808, it would be very cool if we can use esp32 devices to create virtual ZIP drives for it
