Based on Subadub project of Russel Simmons
This project is a modified version of Subadub browser extension, which is project of Russel Simmons. Without Rusells' code I would have never been able to create this project. Thank you Russel.

Process to Publish a New Version
- make changes to
dist/* - bump version number in
dist/manifest.json - (best to commit+push these changes, but not required)
- tag new release
- update Changelog
- close finished Milestone, create a new Milestone and move any unfinished issues from the old Milestone to the new one
- run
archive.shto produce newsubadub.zip - upload
subadub.zipto Chrome Web Store and Firefox Add-on Developer Hub
