Updating the Dockerfile

Hi :wave:

The current Dockefile image used is really outdated, I was wondering if we could upgrade that:

  • Using an up-to-date node version?
  • Using an alpine version instead to help with the image size as well?

I'd be happy to contribute with that if you agree with the request.
