fix: chown command

chown: invalid spec: ‘1000:’

Ubuntu focal 20.04.1 gives me such an error. If look at https://linux.die.net/man/1/chown the : is unnecessary.

This needs to be merged. Broken on Ubuntu 20 LTS host with node 16 image.
